Celebrity Home Edition

Hello my friends. Sorry I was out of touch yesterday. I think I've finally solved the timing issue with my posts and things should be running fairly smoothly from now on. Well, until the next hiccough from blogger. Plus, it's been kind of fun and hectic with a friend in from out of town, so I didn't have a whole lot of time to work things out until now! Thanks for your patience and for reading.
One of my fav comediennes is Ellen DeGeneres, and now she has one of my favorite homes as well. She and Portia de Rossi have a beautiful place in Beverly Hills. I love the pops of subtle color from the pillows and the flowers.
I like this mix of a 19th century trestle table with the wicker chairs.
Yep, Ellen's on the right, Portia's on the left...dah.
It's pretty cool how Ellen reflects her sense of humor by putting a ping pong table (by Argentine artist Rirkrit Tiravanija) in the foyer.

In this room with the amazing over-sized sofas has an 18th-century French worktable, a suite of vintage bent plywood chairs by Geral Summers and a large painting by Andy Warhol and Jean-Michel Basquiat collaboration (Wow).

Love the side-by-side shoe closet and the retro-modern touches! Glad to have you back!

Wow! Gorgeous. I'm also a huge fan of the shared shoe storage.

Ellen is also one of my favorite comediennes! She really has a beautiful and stunning home in Beverly Hills. I like very much that 19th century trestle table with the wicker chairs! You're right! That ping pong table really reflects her sense of humor! I've heard that the real estate agent Michael Libow helps the couple to find a buyer as soon as possible. I wish them good luck with the sale of their property!
